as someone who grew up having a younger sibling with childhood cancer, the make a wish foundation truly is an amazing organization to support. they helped my family so much during what was one of the hardest times in our lives, and i hope that this raises a lot of money to help out even more kids and families who need it as well 🥰

My son Will, had his Wish Trip in 2016. He passed away in 2018(XLP2 and Crohns disease, rejected BMT)when he was 12. Make A Wish trips are amazing and so needed for the Wish Kid and their Family. I never saw my son smile so much and light up it also gave us time to make memories together. Make a Wish covers all expenses..They come to pick your Wish Kid up in a Limo, Priority Everything, They Provide the Families with so much including spending money,plane tickets,any car or van rentals, they make sure the Wish Child has any medical equipment like wheelchairs etc that they may need during the trip. Will's trip Make A Wish Trip was to Give Kids The World Village ( A Resort that is for critical and terminally Ill kiddos)with a week vacation at the resort and tickets to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. It was amazing seeing all the kids at the resort just full of Smiles and Life, laughing ,eating ice cream for breakfast. In our Villa they filled our fridge with Will's favorite food which was Olives! He loved olives and to see every kind imaginable on top of all the other big and little surprises made him so happy. He got to be Harry Potter at Universal in Olivanders, they shut down the wand shop experience so that he got the full effect of feeling like Harry. He got to do a meet and greet with a penguin and for the first time in a very very long time he didn't feel sick the entire Week and honestly I think the trip helped him live an additional 2 years. He talked about how much his trip meant to him until he passed. It's truly a priceless gift to give a sick child. And part of his trip that meant the most to me now was at Give Kids the World there is a castle of miracles where they put a star into the ceiling for every child who has a wish trip there. And every year you are allowed to return and we visit Wills star and we will visit it there forever. Make A Wish is amazing❤🎉 😇
